With great sadness the Board of Upland Resources Limited announces the passing away of Jeremy King, non-executive director of Upland.
Jeremy was a key part of the Upland Resources team and his wealth of experience gained from a distinguished career in the City provided invaluable guidance in legal and corporate matters to the Company since its IPO. Bolhassan Di, Chief Executive of Upland, commented: “Jeremy King will be missed by all who had the good fortune to work alongside him. Jeremy had an outstanding intellect and was supportive and generous with his time to all those who had the pleasure of knowing him as a colleague. We will all greatly miss Jeremy’s sincerity, decency, and the professionalism he always brought to his work. On behalf of all of us at Upland, we send our sincere condolences to all of his family and friends.”
